    Shop Policies

    Processing times: Processing time is currently 3-5 business days (Mon - Fri, not including holidays). This is the amount of time it takes me to prepare and package your order and deliver it to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.). This does not include the ship time for your order which can vary based upon the level of shipping service selected at check out and the shipping service provider.

    Shipping: Aromatae has no control over ship times. This control lies solely with the shipping company. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped and you can use that to follow up with the shipping provider if need be. Orders will be sent to the shipping address entered at time of purchase, no exceptions.  This is for your safety to prevent fraud.

    Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted at any time up until your order ships. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. You must request a cancelation prior to receiving your shipping tracking number.

    Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (you must contact me within 7 days of delivery in order to request a return) and must be mailed back within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. If your order arrives damaged, please document damage and contact me immediately so we can coordinate replacement product or reimbursement. The following items are not returnable (unless they arrive damaged); 1) customized/personalized items and 2) sale items
